Below is a map showing my route. If you click on the individual placemarks you can see when I’m hoping to get to each point. You can also see it bigger in googlemaps. It’s optimistic but not unrealistically so and I will try and update it as I go along as things are bound to change. There is a more detailed spreadsheet available here if you want to know a bit more.
Everybody and anybody is invited to join me on the walk, from closest friend to complete stranger. While I value the solitude and time to think I don’t need 90 consecutive days of it! Come along for a day, week or hour – however long you can keep the pace for.
Also, if you live along the route and could let me have use of a bed and bath for the night, I would be most grateful. Even just the use of a bath in the evening would be brilliant – the beneficial powers of a 15 minute hot soak are amazing. Contact me through either mobile, email or this blog; between them and the vagueries of mobile reception and WiFi connections you should get through to me.

Hello, sorry for delay, all a bit of a fluster at the mo!
Just spoke to mum – that sounds great. Maps would be really helpful too – I’ll have a look once I’m down.
See you soon!
Brendan
PS Not fit yet. More scared than fit!
Why is there always a spreadsheet with you?!? You are not going far enough into Wales for my family to be of any use so I suggest you come to New York to recover instead.

Spreadsheets bring order to chaos – and believe me the logistics are a bit chaotic!
Watcha Brendan,
Back from honeymoon and back at Sense….it seems a bit quiet without you. Let me throw you some cheap Indonesian sweets to keep your energy levels up…..
Hope all is well
